Refund policy

At SwiftMart, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns and replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received by customers.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:
• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer handling are not eligible for refunds.
